Suspension design and pedal efficiency

I've so much to tell you.

My Structural Crossbar System

So good to see you still here. As your next cycling partner, I still have things to tell you about myself. Like my Structural Crossbar System (S.C.S).

I have the rear shock placed strategically in a vertical orientation. It facilitates a low center of gravity and serves as an integral structural component of the frame.

And let me tell you. I have torsional stiffness at the highest standards in the market because of the shock head I use as a crossbar in front of the bottom bracket.

Hollow axles? Optimized Bearings? Oversized

My main pivot and center pivot feature hollow axles, both in CNC machined alloy. They are paired with versized bearings to enhance the torsional rigidity of the rear triangle while maintaining low weight. Sounds good?

All the clearence you need

You will be able to ride with me on pretty large tires, up to 2.4″ with a 30 mm rim internal width while being sure there is still enough space to clear mud on wet days.

Frame construction

The Lee Cougan family aimed to optimize comfort, efficiency and minimal weight. It employed advanced Torayca T1000 and T800 fibers. Can I say I'm proud of that? The carbon bearing is meticulously molded and its housing ensures high precision and adherence to stringent tolerance control standards. Basically, an incredible riding experience with effortless pedaling.
